Gabby Barrett Explains Debut Album’s Title
Gabby Barrett’s Goldmine album was released on Friday, June 19th and includes the chart-topping hit “I Hope.”
She said there’s a story behind the project’s glittery title.
“I named the album Goldmine because when I would think back to people that worked in goldmines it was notoriously known to be very hard work, and over the past two years of writing I really feel like I have dug for these songs, and with these 13 tracks that we’ve narrowed it down to I feel like I struck my own little goldmine.”
Gabby recently performed select album cuts and fan favourite tracks with a full band for Life From The Goldmine on her YouTube channel, Facebook and Twitter.
