Blake Shelton Looks Into Ticket Refund Confusion
Blake Shelton turned to Twitter on Wednesday, August 12th to help clear up confusion regarding ticket refunds to his cancelled Friends & Heroes Tour.
He tweeted a video message in which he assured fans that they will be able to get their money back for the trek which was cancelled back in March due to COVID.
Blake did reschedule a handful of shows in markets he was set to play on the Friends & Heroes Tour, however, he clarifies that when he returns to play those shows they will not be part of that tour.
Blake got involved when fans began reaching out to him on social media saying they couldn’t get their tickets back because certain shows were not cancelled. He tweeted,
“Doing my best to do whatever I can to clear this up. I certainly DO NOT want to be responsible for holding up anyone’s tix refund especially right now! Bottom line is the tour IS and HAS been cancelled since March… Get your money back people. Let me know on here how it goes over the next few days. This is terrible.”
Tickets to Blake’s rescheduled 2021 shows will be honoured at the to-be-announced rescheduled dates which will feature a new line-up and alternative VIP packages.
Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are currently available for refund.
Fans who bought tickets through a third-party retailer should consult the point of purchase for individual refund policies.
