Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have sold their 620-acre farm in Franklin, Tennessee for $15 million to a newly formed group of real estate investors.

The property includes a home previously owned by Hank Williams, Sr. as well as one of Williamson County’s oldest antebellum properties called Beechwood Hall.
