Having A #1 Song Is Giving Michael Ray Confidence
Michael Ray spent two weeks at #1 on Billboard with his song, “Whiskey And Rain.”
When asked about having a #1 song, Michael said it’s been a confidence booster.
“Personally, it means so much to me. So many people have been in my corner helping out since I’ve been playing bars in my hometown. To see how far we’ve taken this whole journey, to now having my first ever multiweek number-one…it just makes me feel happy. Professional it just gives me that confidence that I’m on the right path musically, that the fans are connecting with what I’m doing…makes me excited for what we have coming out next.”
