Lainey Wilson Explains Her Latest Single
Lainey Wilson’s latest single, “Heart Like A Truck,” is from her latest album, Bell Bottom Country.
She said the song’s message speaks to the large majority of people everywhere.
“My new song, “Heart Like A Truck,” is for anybody and everybody who’s been through hard times, hard luck, heartbreak. It’s about finding freedom in your strength and about not being afraid of the scars and the bumps along the way because it builds some character.”
In other Lainey news, she recently brought a nine-year-old fan onstage who underwent open heart surgery.
Her name is Davey Jean, and Lainey saw her in the crowd holding a sign that said, “Our biggest littlest fan has had open heart surgery.”
Lainey told the crowd, quote,
“If anybody’s got a heart like a truck, it’s her.”
Then she dedicated her performance of “Heart Like A Truck” to her.
