Justin Moore On Working With Priscilla Block

Justin Moore sings his latest song, “You, Me & Whiskey,” with Priscilla Block.

Their voices blend so well together, and when you talk to them together they’re pretty funny, so we wondered if they were in the studio together when they recorded the song, and if so, what that was like.

Justin Moore – “We weren’t together for this particular one, but thankfully technology allows us the opportunity to do it without being together, which wasn’t when I started my career. You had to be together. But I do feel like you get a sense that we are kinda kindred spirits in a sense, specifically on this song.”

Priscilla Block – “Yeah, I was able to go in with his guys, and it honestly kinda felt like he was there.”

Justin – “They’re kind of an extension of me. My producer, he’s been my producer almost 2 decades now. So, I mean, he’s a great extension of me, and he knows what I’m wantin’ to accomplish, and vice versa. And he’s as much of a knucklehead, if not more than I am, so I knew she would be in good hands.”
