Darius Rucker Inspired By “Law & Order” In Latest Music Video
A lot has been made of the acting chops Darius Rucker displayed in his “Fires Don’t Start Themselves” video.
He plays an investigator trying to solve a series of fires, and if you got a “Law & Order” vibe from it, that was his inspiration.
“When they told me I was going to play a detective, I put on my inner [Elliot] Stabler, because I’m such a ‘Law and Order’ and ‘CSI’ fan.”
Stabler is Christopher Meloni’s character in “Law & Order: SVU”.
