Comedian Theo Von Impersonates Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll has taken the country music world by storm, winning many awards and giving lots of acceptance speeches.
Once he starts preaching in that accelerated cadence, the hairs on the back of your neck will stand up and you’ll feel like you could run through a brick wall.
His speeches are so good that they got the attention of Theo Von, a stand-up comic and podcast host.
Theo’s impersonation of Jelly Roll during an acceptance speech will leave you rolling.
“Every time Jelly gets an award, man. He’s just, so full of feeling. He gets up there and is just like, ‘I was a Maître D’ at a Macaroni Grill, and now I’m a Grammy Award-winning artist.'”
And Theo mimics that heavy gravel that’s in Jelly’s voice to perfection sending his friend, fellow comedian, Joey “Coco” Diaz into a laughing fit.
And Jelly was a good sport about it, commenting on the post, “I love you Theo and Uncle Coco.”
