Chris Stapleton Teaming Up With Dale Earnhardt Jr. For Daytona 500
Chris Stapleton is making his Daytona 500 debut.
His whiskey brand, Traveller Whiskey, and Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s JR Motorsports are collaborating on maybe the coolest race car ever.
It will be JR Motorsports’ first-ever entry in the Cup series, so, debuting at the Daytona 500, a.k.a. NASCAR’s biggest race is a pretty big deal.
Defending Xfinity Series champion, Justin Allgaier, will be behind the wheel of the number 40 car.
Here’s what Chris said,
“I’m honored to be a part of this historic moment with Dale and Kelley, and excited to see Justin race the number 40 Traveller Whiskey Chevrolet in Daytona.”
The car still needs to qualify to get into the big race, but just being there is a big deal.
