Luke Combs Uses Rejection As Motivation
Luke Combs is a massive success, so it might surprise you to learn that he was once rejected by “The Voice.”
But Luke used that as motivation, even putting the rejection letter up on his wall to remind him.
But the reason Luke wasn’t picked for the singing competition had NOTHING to do with his voice.
Here’s what Luke had to say about it.
“The letter essentially said, ‘Hey, you’re a great singer, but this is a show and we need entertainment value . . . and we have to be able to tell a story, and you just don’t really have a story.'”
