Cody Johnson Tries To Not Swear In Front Of His Kids
Cody Johnson tries his best not to swear in front of his kids.
Except when he saw a rattlesnake near his daughter, then he couldn’t help it.
“We were on the backside of the ranch. There’s this pond that’s stocked full of bass… the kids are over here fishing on this side, and I’m tearing them up over here. And I’m going, ‘Clara, they’re over here, they’re over here, come over here.’ So she stands beside me right here. Out of nowhere, the grass next to me starts shaking. And I heard it. And all I saw was about that much of him,” (Cody gestures with his hands) “He was about as big around as a beer can, and he was slithering right beside me. I hollered, ‘Clara, f**king run!’ And then I hollered to my wife, ‘Throw me that God D*mn .30-30 right now!’
