Keith Urban Brought To Tears By Birthday Gift
Keith Urban just wrapped his High and Alive Tour and received a very special birthday present that actually brought him to tears.
It was given to him by one of Keith’s openers, Chase Matthew.
He presented Keith with a custom guitar titled “The Rise of the Phoenix.”
It was a Māori-inspired piece designed by artist Sam Mangakahia, who’s also created guitars for Post Malone and Jelly Roll.
Sam described the design’s meaning in a video, and Keith had to wipe away tears. It was a special moment, considering all he’s been through lately.
I’m sure Keith has a million guitars, but this one’s pretty special.
