Nate Smith Apologizes For Throwing Drink At Morgan Wallen During Concert
Nate Smith admitted he went too far with a tour prank, throwing a full cup of liquid at Morgan Wallen during the headliner’s set on opening night of the 2024 One Night At A Time Tour.
Smith called the incident crossing a line and praised Wallen’s forgiveness.
“I thought I was the funniest guy in the world. First night of the tour. I thought I was trying to be funny and it wasn’t funny.”
Wallen responded with understanding, telling Smith he might have done the same thing.
The two artists resolved the situation through FaceTime calls and conversations.
However, Smith received “lots of phone calls” from upset industry figures, saying “nobody was happy about this.”
