CARLY PEARCE debuted an emotional new song during her social distance performance last
Saturday at the Grand Ole Opry. It’s called “Show Me Around“, and it’s a tribute to her
friend and producer Busbee, who passed away last year.
Speaking ofCarly Pearce. Her hit “I Hope You’re Happy Now” is based on a past relationship.
It wasn’t a sour apples thing, and she didn’t write it to hurt the guy. It was all about telling the truth.
Says Carly: “I was trying to write my story and what has happened to me, and sometimes people become victims of our songs.”
