Willard Kelly, age 88 of Oil Springs passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2019. Visitation will be Friday, November 1, 2019 at Steadman Brothers Funeral Home, Brigden from 2pm – 4pm and 7pm – 9pm. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 2nd, at Steadman Brothers Funeral Home at 11am.
