Philip Lloyd Miller, of Sarnia passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2024.
A celebration of life will take place Sat., Aug. 31 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #62 at 286 Front Street North, Sarnia.
